Exercise 1 - Group Assignments - 1 brand each
  1. Review - W Hotels, Intercontinental + Westin 
  2. What are the elements of their Digital IQ - take screenshots of all of the digital touchpoints
  3. How does each brand compare to Four Seasons - what makes them better? 
  4. How does each brand address - any screen, any time?
  5. What does L2 mean by 'more than a booking engine - brands as travel experts'

  2. Set up your own Pinterest - by the end of class, link your Pinterest in a blog post
  3. Read this Tnooz article
  4. Find a hospitality or travel Pinterest + explore
  5. How does the brand use Pinterest to add value for the customer?
  6. Is the Pinterest bookable?
  7. In your Pinterest, create a board + pin the elements you like from the Pinterest that you expplored
